Welcome to LA Tech’s background screening site!

As part of Louisiana Tech’s requirements, a background check is required every year covering August-May for all field and clinical experiences in area schools.

Clinical residents, Student Teachers, and MAT Candidates should complete by August 15th to complete senior year.

Pre-residents (freshmen, sophomores, and juniors) should complete by September 15th annually.

Any students that have any evidence of concern will be reviewed by the Field and Clinical Experience Committee.
